I like some of these exercises. The only thing bugging me is that for your Single Squat press exercise, you are not racking the KB correctly and your wrist is in the wrong position. Ouch!
After 2 straight days of this workout I FELT IT STRONG in my legs and lower part of my butt & a little in my arms. Awesome. I'm gonna stick with it. Definitely building strength.
