  1. Very well put together 👏👏 I wanted to restart my exercise routine but was wondering how to squeeze in time everyday. But your suggestion that initially it is advisable to do it 2-3 times a week for 3 months really worked for me. And I am sure by the end of that time span I will find out a way to do it regularly.
