  1. If your skinny workout out more on your triceps because your TrueDepth is lwrger then your biceps so if you do true CEO’s more your arms will look bigger

  2. Just learned my biceps are immensely stronger than my fucking triceps. I had to use 12 and 15 pound weights instead of the usual 20 or 25 for my biceps. I made a huge mistake neglecting these muscles a couple months ago when I started working out.

  3. I want to do this but my dumbells are rounds so my arms aren't as straight does that decrease the effect of the workout alot or not much?

  4. I have come across so many videos of people giving tips on working out but there is no one so far that has gave better tips than your self! You have really motivated me to work out more as I have always been on the skinny side and for past 3 months I have been working out and already seeing the difference! Big respect brother! Would love a shout out from you in a video! Keep the videos going all day everyday brother!👌👍

  5. Im only 13 and im struggling with some of these excersises because i have to choose to have 7 pound weights or 3 pounds should i stick with the lighter ones, buy new ones, or push myself to do 7 pounds?
