  2. It's scary how many people are commenting about his remark about drinking calories when he specifically pointed out sodas and starbucks. Hes not referring to shakes which arguably are still food given what they are made of. I can't believe I have to explain this.

  3. I run 10k a day and walk 5k…. been doing that for quite a long time. Wonder if that might have detrimental effects… although its nothing compared to a proper athlete. It certainly doesn't get rid of body fat… it keep the weight fairly healthy though… I'm slim, but I'm not Bruce Lee toned or anything.

  4. Hey Alpha, keep making great videos. I'm so glad that you're one of the few lifestyle/men's channels that, even so many years and thousands of videos on pretty much every topic imaginable, you still keep pumping out fresh content that's actually worth listening to. I love that you actually have interesting, specific and unique advice in each video and you don't just craft a video around a sponsor like a lot of other channels (ahem…TMF…ahem). I've been a fan for a long time and still feel like watching every new video and haven't felt like I've heard it all from you yet so keep it up. BTW, you're Tailored workout plan on BB helped me lose 4 pounds this summer and I feel better than ever so thanks a lot for that

  5. One “ trick “ … lose bodyfat . Where we store bodyfat is genetics , losing overall bodyfat is the goal here . Do more physical activity , track calories .
