I just wanted to leave this message for anyone out there's who's still sceptical about this short workout. I did 6 consecutive days of this workout when I was staying with my mother in London while she was recuperating from an operation. This seemed ideal as I had very little time, and only packed my gym sweats (no trainers) for my week long trip.
I took my waist measurement, as advised (39", 99cm). Please note that this is the ONLY exercise that I did when I was away. So this morning, I realised that I hadn't done a comparative measurement. Bearing in mind that I only did 6 of these, with the last one being on Saturday, I was astonished to record my new waist measurement of 38" / 96.5 cm. A 1 inch loss in 6 days!
I'm away in Spain next week, and I will be following Lucy's Metabolism Reset workout while I'm out there.

I'm currently in the middle of doing your other video for 2 weeks!!! I'm going on vacation after that 2 weeks is up but as soon as I get back I'm going to do this one for 2 weeks!!!
I love your exercises and especially the amount of time and number of body parts that are being activated and benefited from it. I can't say enough about each and every one of them! I do 4 different exercises for each part of the body the days I have time, and days I am pressed for time I just do one or two and call it a day! Greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness and time you have put into each one of your workouts!
I'm asking this just to know if it is normal so please answer me if you know. I am only 12 and I don't have a lot of belly fat but I've noticed that after 9 days of this, I have a bit of looses skin on my tummy that I didn't have before. I'm not sure what to do?
Lucy do the effects of these workouts last? Or will results disappear after stopping? I'm following a healthy diet and finishing two sessions of your workouts daily, and i can confirm that it works.
OK, let's do this ! So, I started this workout today and I can tell you that it is way more easier than the first belly fat video. I did the first one last week and it was hard for me the first day and I gave up and didn't do it the 7th day (but, in 6 days I lost 2 inches on my waist which I couldn't believe = 33 inches to 31 inches but I have not lost my belly inches). Review time: I m reviewing a day earlier. Today is my day 6. Inch loss is 0 but, my body is toned, cellulite has reduced.. I feel more flexible and feels great. I m going to continue with the work out even if it is a slow process. My body definitely looks toned and tummy has become flat. But I don't see any inch loss not even a millimeter even though I look thinner and my clothes have become loose.
Wish me Luck! Gonna be Doing This for about a month! I'm 13 Years Old, Male. My Weight is: 63kg. My waist line is about 40. Height is: 5"1-5"3(Doing this cause my Mom keeps on telling me i'm fat) LIKE THIS TO MOTIVATE ME! AND I HOPE I MOTIVATE YOU TOO!
Edit: Day 1:It's Not Very Hard to do. It actually feels good.
Day 2: It's definitely harder, because of the sore muscles on your legs, abs, and back. Wish me luck to finish This!
Day 3: It made me sweat more, got my heart pumping, & Did it harder than before. Feels GOOD After!.
Day 4: Did it in the shower. I'm not seeing Results. I think it's because of my diet. So i think i will not get that big of a result
I just finished doing this work out for 7days straight . Including her slimming thigh workout, back workout & a 4min arm workout. I did these in the mourning the minute I wake up . (25min mourning workout in all ). I read it’s better to do cardio in the mourning on a empty stomach. Beside that I did not measure myself (I’m weigh 210 , age 17) but I did I see results in my lower stomach. Creases I had around my lower belly was disappearing ! In all honesty you will not to see drastic results in 7day but you will IMPROVE physically & mentally. Healthy weight loss takes time & consistency and motivation. If you want that dream body…. CHASE IT !

Do u have to do a diet with this exercise or can u just be careful of what you eat and not eat junk
