I do this day and night and it works if it’s not working for you ,you need to do it every day it might take a month or so but it works don’t be lazy and just never quit and for some of the people that says it works in a day it doesn’t 😂 your just a little Plump like when you do the Kylie Jennifer lip challenge it will go away in a day or two so keep this in mind

  3. Today is my day 3 , I’m sore that I can’t even sit lol 😂 this workout really help me and believe it or not I sweat so much is crazy. It looks good will update again the next 6days .

  6. I just tried this and I couldn't do some exercises for 1 minute so took some breaks while the video was going 😂 I hope it will get easier and that I will perform the exercises better ☺️

  8. Hi Hanna Milly can I do this for 7 days including on the days that I do Body weights on my legs and butt ? Or do I skip until muscle recovery or can I still do this workout while healing from body lifting ?
