  1. am i the only one whos in running club at school… one hour of burpees, sprinting, 4k running, pushups, plank, mountain climbers, wall sit, etc.??

  2. Hey is it normal to feel dizzy after doing work out? Coz seriously I'm too scared to start exercising because of the dizziness that i felt after those exercise. Please answer
