Hey Jeff, I know this is a really old video but it brought up a question almost 2 years after I first saw it. Is there a way to load the abdominals similar to a deadlift/RDL for the lower back? After the last few years of really getting heavy on RDL's (due to previous lower back injury) It kinda hit me, how do I create that same stimulus on the front?

I did this and got sore on my biceps but not my abs, am i doing these wrong or am i fine?

These workouts are awesome but if I use my hexagonal weights to do that rollout exercise my neighbors will kill me.

Whenever i try doing weighted abs i feel no contraction or burning sensation and my arms will give out before anything. Any tips?
