  1. this may be me but I hate this workout, i much prefer the 7 min intense workout because there i feel my abs screaming. this here i dont really feel anything but my arms giving out instead.

  2. Hey Jeff, I know this is a really old video but it brought up a question almost 2 years after I first saw it. Is there a way to load the abdominals similar to a deadlift/RDL for the lower back? After the last few years of really getting heavy on RDL's (due to previous lower back injury) It kinda hit me, how do I create that same stimulus on the front?
