  1. Thanks Caroline for another great positive and uplifting workout!!! Had to modify for my foot, but still enjoyed the tough workout. Those reverse planks – uh . . . Gonna have to strengthen the triceps for that – they were a fail this week, but look out next week!

  2. Hi Caroline… was following the hips butts and thighs video for last 3 days… my body is right now bundled with flab like a whale… could I combine this workout as well as the other one or will it be too much on my body… my current going rate is about 3/4th of every exercise step…

  3. Going to do this today, thank you!!! I tell my husband "This woman! Oh my gosh… I always know i can do all those exercises and it is soo bugging! She works me out so hard!! " THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR VIDEOS. They have helped me get back into shape after three years of grieving.
