  1. Just to say: this workout was kind of improvised like a lot of my training, and the exercises I come up with are always evolving. So please see this video as a source of ideas, rather than a strict example of how you should do your own training. Do not try any exercise if you are not sure that you can perform it safely.

  2. I want to break 10.20 in 100m das in the next 500 days..right now its in between 12-13….I just training on my own by watching you and some other athletes on yt….Is it fine to train on your own???

  3. By the way, with the leg swing exercises from 2:10, I would ideally finish by stamping the leg down hard to jump up. But I didn't want to damage the wooden decking – it's a raised platform and it's quite old now. (Also it's very slippery when wet)
