  1. Done this workout this morning and thought it was actually not too bad. Like yes, it got me sweating quite abit, but nothing too crazy. I'm just about to go bed and my booty is in so much pain,… I'm dreading tomorrow! haha
    Will definitely do this one again. Really enjoyed it!

  4. Oh my goshhhhh!! Krissy this work out couldn’t have been more on time for me. I’ve been sitting on my bed in trying to convince myself to get up, go the gym and get that leg workout done. But now that i’ve seen this i’ll be happy to give this a go and stay at home.

  6. i regret i cannot watch this vedio at the time when it uploads because i'm hitting gym😜……after that the 1st thing i done is watch it then hit like button and typing this comment………and thnx Krissy for this vedio all these exercise can keep body in good shape…….LOts oF LoVe❤
