  1. Hi Laura haven't been around much … I came back to revisit this oldie but goodie to get started again after more illness and many setbacks! 😞 I did this with my hubby tonite! You know how we did this? Instead of one minute stopping and starting the video, we did the workout right along with you @ 30 secs each exercise and then just did a round two. 😀 Hope all is well with you! I have SO many of your videos to catch up on!!!

  4. hi laura..thanks so much for your videos…and i just wanted to ask u a qestion,if you allowed to me..i wanna know how much did it take u to make such abs??…and how many times should i do this Exercises in the week??..sorry if i asked many questions<3
