  1. It’s been a month since I became part of the Purple Warrior fam on Anytime Fitness (Alabang Westgate branch)
    This Booty Workout can also be done at home. You can see some changes for almost 2 weeks of working out (everyday is a must!) But if you will do this MWF (thrice a week), this can pro-long up to 1 month.

  2. Hello ate! Thanks for sharing your booty workout! Being skinny is so hard for me, matangkad po ako but yung butt part ko po is not complimenting my body shape, yung tipong okay lang po na flat chested but pag malaki yung butt part as in yung may shape ang lakas ng dating and yun po talaga yung gusto ko maachieve at this young age :') I will surely do this at home, this is a big help for me ate especially i love joining pageant i really need to gain a round booty para po maganda yung fit sakin ng gowns and dresses na susuotin ko. Please give this a heart ate, i swear it will help me to be motivated huhu! So much love for you ate! Keep inspiring everyone! ☺️❤️

  3. Ate dorothy gusto ko rin talaga lumaki pwet ko kasi ang payat ng legs ko tas may thigh gap pa ko.. Your vlog was useful for me though i know to do it, i dont have the motivation to do it. 😂
