  1. I like that workout! I do this after a 10 minute workout with only one break.the 30 sec.break after each exercises is good to collect power when you are tired after a hard workout.realy hard,after 20 minutes i am ready to die😂

  2. Damn,I tried this for the first time today. Everyone isn't able to just up and do all of these excercises without our bodies rejecting the effort. The lunges hurt my rear with cramps and pain and the widegrip pushups no one can kickout continuous for 30 seconds if we're out of shape to begin with😠..great routine though. My body is just hating on me is all.

  3. Way to go @icemike73! Mr. Roberts got me going too… 54 here and now doing this workout with weights. Gotta keep gettin it done! BTW intermittent 16 hour fasting really works in combo with this workout. That's just me, it aint for everybody.

  5. 42 here been doing 25 min circuit training, bodyweight only workouts like this for several years now – very similar to what he is endorsing here and I can confirm this works (along with a good diet plan, of course).

  6. Great tips… i'm 45… play goalie in hockey, and still getting out there.. but man i need to drop 30lbs at least. Going to do my keto diet and start some of these exercises… thanks Funk!

  8. I'm always dusted by round three of this workout. Seriously, I have to remind myself to move around in order to cool down, otherwise I'd be on my back, sucking wind. It's no punk, I'll tell you that much.

  9. I started doing H2O aerobics and they use a lot of your movements while in the water . It is easier on my joints which are not great but I feel so much better . It is a 45 min circuit training nonstop . Is it enough ?
