  1. Amazing video. It's like a hybrid of yoga, stretching and a workout all at the same time.

    Training to beat my marathon PB at the moment, I think I'll incorporate this 👌🏻

  2. I miss pilates. It is difficult to balance physical exercise with rest. Weights….pilates…..yoga…..cardio….. Hopefully, I'll reintegrate pilates. Doing your videos is rewarding!!
