    Yes we can tell you put muscle on! Remember muscle weighs more- a measuring tape works well cuz it measures how you’ve toned and firmed not lost measurable mass.

I was shown the rapture when I was a little kid our bodies change before we get snatched off the ground about 30 to 50ft then float up towards the Lord. When you see an orange/yellow deathstar looking sun object (it has a large off center sun spot or crater) know we are extremely close.

  7. You are looking much better. I might just be inspired to lose my last 7kg fatty rolls and start working out again.

    I wish my brother would do this; during my weight loss journey I was hoping to inspire him, he held on for 2-3 months and stopped. It's such a pity because though he couldn't tell the difference, those around him could. Overeating and eating just because you want something tasty in your mouth is a very hard habit to break.

    It's why I strongly advise before and after pictures every week. It helps keep one on the straight and narrow. You at least have video, that helps more. ^_^

I accidenttaly put on my reg swim suit I used to wear before I gained waut and I fit in it😄😄 yet I gained 6 more lbs. It has to be muscle. You should do a live cook dinner❤❤❤ I am eastern time though. I ate very lottle yesturday and went swim practice and cleaned two houses. I hope I lost😁😁 I only weight in every other week.
