This is by far the worst technique I have observed. Anyone who knows anything about the fundamentals of boxing knows his form is atrocious. Throwing hooks and rights without using his legs and turning his feet. .. never seen such horrid boxing form. Reply
I've got thin wrists and every time I throw a hook to the body or face, or even practicing on the heavy bag ,it hurts…. Any solution for this? Reply

This punching drill is simple but useful.
Are u not supposed to keep ur hand closer to ur jaw ?
