  1. This video should have included progressive overload. You can create it with eccentric, decreasing rest time, trying what you haven't done. But, since you are in a gym, lifting heavy should create progressive overload.

  2. I am a beginner completed my first month. Can I follow this pushpulllegs program? I did bro split my first month. And also I never did squats/benchpress/deadlifts in my first month.

  3. I have 2 herniated discs + 1 bulging disc. It is a pain in the ass especially growing traps. It is hard to lift decent weight while standing shrugs and I can't feel my traps if shrugs done seated. I can't deadlift. Whats the do?
