  1. Im going to give this workout a go. If it really does work do doubt ill be doing this for a while. Ill update

  2. Day 1 : I've just finished my first day trial and it wasn't that hard thanks to the rest times 😉 I'm 132 Ibs (60 kg) and will do my best to get rid of unwanted kilos.
    Day 2: First, ı did pre work out streching like yesterday, and now, again completed the second day trial work out. I can feel some tensity behind my calf the legs and something happens on my belly- a little bit pain (but it makes you feel good cos you know something really happens and you don't tire yourself for nothng:)
    Day 3: Today it was like a little bit easier and less tiring, but absolutely more enjoyable 🙂
    Day 4: completed around midnight but I guess it’s all right.
    Day 5: just completed, I wonder what will happen at the end of this 🙂
    Day 6: completed- I m all motivated cos someone asked if I lost weight; nice to hear that.
    Day 7 : (sorry for the late update; I m 58.6 kgs; this video is really helpfull and I recommend to it everybody)

  3. Hi Robert, when I do lunges exercise I feel pain in my legs y it's like that I can able to do another exercise but this I do just 10 I got pain can I continue lunges r skip plz reply ma

  4. Hi, if I do squats can I reduce my belly , arm, leg, butt, it's true Robert. Plz Tellme the benefits n disadvantag of square .plz reply me. Can I do squats exercise. Waiting for u r reply…..
