I know you can pause the video anytime you want water/break but really think there should have been a good rest period between rounds….the cardio is intense on this one to not get a rest. I made it through but was completely exhausted afterwards.
Working out is one of those things where you need to think about future you. Present you may hate it, but future you will be thankful for the feel good endorphins.
