  1. HUGE thank you! I am old WW and I was so overwhelmed by the app, I went back to pen & paper (and lost 11 lbs). BUT…I WANT to start w/ the app. This video was very helpful. I would like (and I bet others would too), if you would do a very beginning video, and start with the basics. I didn't even GET to scan because I couldn't figure that out either. THANK YOU.

  2. Say I want to eat breakfast and I’m not sure what I want to eat, is there an option where weight watchers can recommend something healthy that I can prepare myself? That would be awesome, that’s where I seem to make mistakes when I don’t know what I want and don’t always pick the healthiest things to eat. Suggestions would help me a lot.

  3. Thank you for the info. I am concerned if you guys have been on it for over a year and you haven't lost any weight. What do have in mind as far a wight loss goal. I have steadily gained 2 lbs a year and now I have 50 pounds to lose! Any advice?

  5. I have a question, how do you change your daily points, can you change them your self or do I have to get some to change them for me, I find that I don’t have a lot of daily points and I’m always starving.

  6. Really liked this … it would be nice to slow it down a bit so you could see where your pointing too and your beautiful nails get in the way maybe use a stylist some of us are not as technical and slow but overall ir was helpful
