  2. I absolutely love your videos. You are a huge inspiration and motivator. I am transforming my dining room into a gym. Any tips I have a barbell and a few dumbbells but need a more? What would you recommend?

  4. This is true. I started training chest and my husband noticed my boobs getting bigger. I noticed too because they started spilling out of the sides. I stopped training the chest because I don't want bigger boobs. That means new bras which are expensive. I am happy with my b cups.😁

  5. I’m 53 and lift 5 days a week… I do chest once or twice a week… yes i have very low
    Body fat and am an A cup… BUT i have built a strong lean chest ! Very perky at 53! My husband isn’t complaining 😁
