  1. Thank you so much I did my first workout this morning. I love this I have a slipped disc in my back. This was super easy and low impact on my back. I felt the burn and my back didn't hurt afterward.

  2. I love this and you!!! I have followed Caroline Jordan for awhile and now have discovered you, and your workouts are great!! I was paralyzed from my chest down when I was 14 years old, from a freak spinal cord injury. I have come a long way, but still use a wheelchair and a cane. I am 32 years old now, have a great life, and 2 little girls. I love exercising and staying strong, but it can be challenging finding decent workouts. Thank you so much!! My girls and I love your workouts

  3. Great work out & great teacher. Donovan really made me feel comfortable & confident. I have been dealing with arthritis in my knees and a pulled muscle in my back and this workout has been wonderful and motivating. Thanks & Blessings

  4. OMG this is perfect !!! I broke my ankle last December (2018) but was back on my walking regime by May/June. But in August I got up one morning and couldn't put pressure on my other foot. Turns out somehow I chipped a bone in one of my toes! So I'm frustrated because first I truly enjoyed walking with my friend and walking simply isn't going to allow my toes to heal (doctor is now suggesting we remove that chip since it's been over 4 months. Yikes. Love this !!!

  5. Thanks, Donovan. Great workout. Easy to follow even for someone like me. I am a retired 64 year old ex-postal worker with back problems, knee, shoulder, and wrist problems. Your workout is one that I can manage without aggravating my degenerative conditions, and makes me feel great.

  6. I have just finished this workout I have not done any exercise in a long time and this was a brilliant way to get back into a fitness routine again it was easy I'll be doing more of this at home before going back to the gym Good job Donovan

  7. Thanks for a useful workout lesson. I'm looking forward to it. Kindly answer couple of my questions related to this workout. How many times in a day one should ideally do these exercises? Should one do this workout empty stomach or not?

  8. You are a real lifesaver! And I mean it. I haven't been able to exercise like this for a long while because of my bad back and felt awful because of it. Now that I found your channel with this kind of sitting exercise, which is much friendlier to my back, I can exercise again. I can even do the sit-ups, but with my feet shoulder-width apart. Surprisingly, this wasn't as easy as it looked at first glance. Thanks a million!!!
