  2. Can we workout again mid day ? In the afternoon some shoulders and triceps head stands and stuff ? Also working out on empty stomach does not make you lose muscles ? Sorry if my questions are a bit silly but I am not an expert when it comes to calisthenics so better ask the expert 😀

    i manage to get through tough sets. my end results i did better in the first than the second set. my arm and chest are exhausted. thanks brendan for this exercise and chest is definately pumped for the day👍👍👍
