  1. Thank you for this encouraging video. I have to admit i usually buy Halloween candy that I don’t like because I don’t like the leftovers sitting around! The holidays are so hard I have a problem with willpower 🙄

  2. I have always had an all or nothing mentality during my dieting career. I am either not going to have a taste of cake or I am going to eat the whole thing. I find Freestyle is helping me break that cycle. Thanks for the reminder.

What a mouth full, I agree with you 100%, but I must admit that I have heard this advice many times over the years, but I wanted fast results, which lead me to drastic changes, so I chose to ignore it. At my ripe old age of 59, I have finally learned that I can’t cut out the foods I love. I am getting better at limiting them, but it is an ongoing learning experience. Great advice Mindy, unfortunately, like me, I think everyone is going to have to learn the hard way. Consider yourself lucky that you figured that out much earlier than I did.

  4. Since you did Ww in the past, would you recommend it to people now? Or do you think it’s too low in calories? For me, freestyle is too low in calories because of all the restriction. I have tried counting calories but it gives me a little anxiety 😂
