Danielle (or anyone that can answer this). During my development course in Wolverhampton last year we were taught to go into a mediative state in order to contact our guides and spirit messengers. This worked, but I have always wondered how mediums give messages without sitting with their eyes closed in meditation. I have searched all over the Internet for the answer, but nothing. Sorry if this is obvious to some people, but it eludes me. ❤️
