  1. I’ve been doing your workouts regularly for a couple of years and have never found your breathing to be intrusive. I love all the technical explanations about which muscles are being targeted, and your trivia tidbits to bring up at parties!!

  2. Nice one! I have lazy deltoids (they try and delegate everything out to the traps) so I am always looking for extra workouts to engage them. This is a good addition for me. Much appreciated! Trainers breathing like normal human beings are also cool with me btw. ;D

  3. Much respect for this safe, shoulder workout! Also, your so called "breathing" never bothers me. I have done many of your workouts and love that you do it along with us! There is always going to be haters (who are getting your workouts for free I might add!) Ignore them!

  4. This was one of the better shoulder workouts I've done. Very good explanation of each activity – especially the upright rows. I had rotator cuff repair/shoulder replacement surgery a little over a year ago, and while I'll never be 100%, I'm at roughly 90-95% – the best I could ask for. Please do more of these workouts that target the shoulder – that would be much appreciated from me from Tennessee!
