  1. My Current favorite exercises to grow my butt and hips. Still doing these exercises in a weekly routine. Remember, if the next day you feel sore, have a proper rest ✌️

  2. I don't feel any thing after working out as in i feel no Pain , is it a sign of no results and at first my booty showed a grt change now it's becoming smaller 😢😢 shld i stop working out 😢😢

  3. Hana I would like to share you my problem is that I have hip dips and I don't know why I can't remove them like which exact exercise do I need to do to help them grow…….. Cause I want a more round fully shape butt…. So please Hana help me make my hips and my butt full😊😊

  4. Hana milly I love your workout I ve been following your workout for sometime now and it work for me , the only problem I am having now is my bra angle and muffin am trying to work on it but am not see results please can you tell me the kind of excise that can get rid of it.

  5. My butt muscle is lazy muscle after almost 5 years i stop working out. 😭😭😭 i need a proper exercises to wake it up. . Hopefully this workouts suits me. .

  6. Hi , I'm new here and I have a question. Do I have to take a day break or can I do other exercises ? Can you tell me a few things to do? Is it better to do strength training or hiit?
