I'm always interested in what others eat bc it's hard for me to come up with new, EASY healthy meals…. Also, don't beat yourself up about the scale not moving. As long as you are consistent the weight will drop. It has to!! It has NO CHOICE!! LOL!!! :0)

Try keto with intermittent fasting. But you are doing really great
Have you done any measuring inches? My weight stayed the same for two weeks but I lost several inches!
