  1. Hi! You are so lucky you don't really sweat! I sweat like no ones business! LOL!!! What is inside the bell pepper? Do you eat it with rice or any sides? I'm always interested in what others eat bc it's hard for me to come up with new, EASY healthy meals…. Also, don't beat yourself up about the scale not moving. As long as you are consistent the weight will drop. It has to!! It has NO CHOICE!! LOL!!! :0)
