  1. I'm very happy with this workout! I'm recovering from surgery so I'm not allowed to lift more than 10 lbs. These workouts give me more variety so I can still be active at home!

  2. Did this in my appartment gym and loved it! Holy hot fire my arms. Had to switch to five pound weights for the very last set in this series. I loooved the 21 bicep curls!

  3. After watching your videos, I always feel motivated. I actually go to the gym try out the different workouts that you've shown. It especially helps me when I'm on one of my slumps.

  4. Just came back to this vid to let you know I did this one yesterday (Screenshotted to take you to the gym with me LOL) and my arms/shoulders are DONE-ZO today!!!! Then I went and did one of your Hot Fire leg workouts this morning and felt like I was guna fall down the stairs lmao Thank you so much for your amazing workouts Whitney! I hadn't been feeling workouts recently and it was really starting to bum me out, now that I've started yours, I'm feelin sore again!!!! <3 <3

  5. I actually really like this set up if workout video, that you explain what to do but then we can complete it on our time and pace. Those workout videos where you have to keep up with the person just aren’t my jam

  6. OMG. I did this yesterday, not even properly. I woke up many times at night because of the PAIN IN MY SHOULDERS. It's sore as hell. I'm scared to lift something up 😂 crazy workout

  7. First day:It was hard but my arms kind of hurt
    2nd day:I woke up my arms are hurting so bad like I can’t move and my stomach hurt a lot too I will update all the days like it so I can remember 🙂🙂😃
