  3. I’m pretty athletic so I didn’t really feel the burn, however, I did feel my muscles pulling on some exercises and that’s exciting to me. Next time, I’m going to try doing this wiper any breaks!!!

  5. I always understood to do some type of cardio prior to isolation exercises for a specific muscle reduction. That you couldnt just spot reduce. That you had to work the whole body. Is that not true and nor neccessary?
