  1. Hey so I've been doing one of your HIIT workouts for 20 mins or so for a few days now and I feel pain in my lower back and sometimes abdomen, mid-workout. So is that normal?? Also when should I do a HIIT workout? Morning/Evening? Can I do it few hours after eating something (like lunch)?? And thank you for this HIIT workout. Really amazing. 😊😊😊 Love your channel. ❤️❤️❤️
