WOW. Nearly cried when I finished this. I did this a month ago and had so much trouble with the plank walks and the leg lifts and the pull throughs. Today I added 10 pound dumbells for the lunge-squats and leg lifts and 5 pounds for the side to side steps. I am pouring sweat and feel AMAZING. Thank you.
Can you please make a playlist of all your exercise that has no jumping??? That way I can go through all of them, instead of guessing which one might or might not have jumping. Btw that squat is a killer.
