  1. I love your workouts!! They really keep me fine. I love the tone I achieve and maintain with doing at least one of your videos a day. I would love more workouts like this one. Maybe a lil longer to incorporate arm specific exercises? Keep up the greatness!!

  2. WOW. Nearly cried when I finished this. I did this a month ago and had so much trouble with the plank walks and the leg lifts and the pull throughs. Today I added 10 pound dumbells for the lunge-squats and leg lifts and 5 pounds for the side to side steps. I am pouring sweat and feel AMAZING. Thank you.

  3. Can you please make a playlist of all your exercise that has no jumping??? That way I can go through all of them, instead of guessing which one might or might not have jumping. Btw that squat is a killer.
