I am a 51 year old truck driver. I got this to do in my truck. It is possible. I had to hook into 3 or 4 only due to how bad a shape I am in. But thank you. I will accomplish my goals.
Thank you for demo. It seems a very good platform. I like it because the mobility, suitcase like. You could have it anywhere: car, under bed, doesn’t make noise if you want to work out and somebody sleeps, it doesn’t damage the floor or walls
Is this for short people? Will the height of the person change the resistance and range of the bands? In my family we have heights from 4'10" to 6'2". Please let me know
i've tried this workout yesterday and my god i can feel the burn! but because the system is really flexible i cannot really remember the steps and i found it hard to follow the video clicking around so i now spending time doing some word document doing pasting in screenshots and doing up a illustration i can follow lol, it's really hard to pause at the right moments though
For those that knock this, I suggest you try keeping up with her. I work out 5 to 6 days a week primarily HiiT and alternating weight days. I have to mix it up to avoid injury at 46 YO these days but have always been an athlete. Rather competing in USA cycling for years to running marathons. You may knock the work out, it may not be for you due to height or other restrictions, but to my surprise as well. It isn't easy…. by no means!

I'd just like to say that resistance band training is a great way to train, but you are doing those way too fast and are going to hurt yourself. You'll be safer and feel more burn by going reeeaaaalllllyyyyy slow and doing half the reps. Always do them slow and in a constant fluid motion without stopping at the top or bottom. Thumbs up and thanks for the vid. = )
I just got my bodyboss 2.0, so I don't have much of a opinion on it yet I just watched this video with Kristi. She was very easy to follow I had to modify it a little bit due to my weight but overall i enjoyed the experience and hope to be able to do full set of reps unmodified soon
First time post questions = great video thank you for showing the exercises! Kristi you are strong!
Question 1 – Do the elastic bands fray inside the cloth? If so does BodyBoss have a warranty on the parts?
Question 2 – Do the elastic bands have ankle-straps to do leg/hip exercises with? * I have experience in standup martial arts and have always liked elastic bands for leg stretch-kicks, but have always needed to fasten them down on the fly. This BodyBoss does that for us!
Question 3 – what, if any, were the elastic bands calibrated to for weighted resistance? example, 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 15 pounds, etc. Or is there a limit/max. I assume the numbers on the floor stand provide the calibrated resistance?
Pondering new equipment for our garage gym area, (but wanted to avoid the hundreds of $USD needed in typical free weights purchases).
She is both stronger and shorter than I am. At 6'-1", I snapped right into the #1 hooks, and I was having to stand all the way forward on the board. Her pace is also a lot faster than mine. I appreciate the workout, I just can't do it with her and have had to modify positions based on my height and strength.

I think those boxing moves would be a fairly intense workout

This is one of the shittiest workouts I have ever seen 🙁
Is there better quality workout vids in the near future? I would think the video would match the price for the equipment.
I just bought this and we are excited!

Over a hundred bucks for a resistance band attached to two rubber floor mats????
What’s the popping sound on the first exercise?
Good job thanks for the workout! Respect

I bought it From the site Amazon very cheap This is their link : https://amzn.to/2F7NHyP
I like the intermission music. Reminds me of a soundtrack from 70’s porn movie.
