  4. Thank you for your videos Kassandra! I recently came across your channel and did a few yin yoga sessions at home. Really beautiful and soothing. 🙂 I would love to see more 90min Yin Yoga Sessions if you do that as I feel it allows me to go deeper inwards as the poses are being held a bit more. 🙂 Keep it up and sending you lots of love.

  5. This is my first time doing this type of yoga. Am loving it.The long stretches are a bit challenging for me. Am hoping my muscles will be more flexible as I practice more. I can already feel the energy moving freely through my body. Thank you for sharing this. Namaste!

  6. I am on a 30 day yoga challenge and I didn't want to go to the crowded yin class at my gym and this was perfect for at home! Only wish we had a little heads up on how long the pose would be held for :0).

  7. Hi Kassandra. I love your Yoga classes and especially this one. I have an issue with my feet hurting a bit and sometimes cramping when doing the childs pose. Do you have any recommendations for me. I think that my feet are quite stiff. I have tried to use a pillow under and it sometimes help. Maybe there are some special yoga or other exercises that I can do for my feet? I do eat Magnesium for cramping and it work quite well. Thank you very much <3
