  1. Can I ask why you are waiting one hour to take your readings? I was just curious where you heard this? From all I had read and researched my understanding was to take it the second you wake up was the most accurate and ideal… Seriously, just curious…

Looks good😋 I need to get a keytone meter, I do have blood sugar meter and I notice when my numbers are low I have a weight loss but for some reason it has been higher at times like 110 after meals..I'm not sure if that means I'm not in ketosis…do you know? I think water flavor drops might be affecting my numbers.

  4. I just can’t get with the price of the ketone strips at this moment in time. Maybe if they are HSA eligible.I haven’t had bulletproof coffee in forever and you make me want to make some again. Food looks delicious as always. I am gonna look for that seasoning. Do whole chickens come clean. My parents cooked them when I was growing up but I have never purchased one out of fear, lol.

  7. Alright.🤣 Going to try radish finally!! Food looks great👏👏👏👏 macros intimidate me … I feel like I'm understanding it better than I used to. Ive always stayed away from carbs …. lost 120 on low carb high protein.

  8. Daniela, do you think that you are eating way different now that you have the monitor? What changes have you made the most? I am struggling to get into deep ketosis. I have cut out almost all carbs. I know I will get there but time around it is way harder. I got the monitor and have been using it daily.
