  1. Keep it up! Ur the one that got me into fasting years ago even tho most days I did was a little over 2 days straight. Idk how you can do it when food's everywhere.

  2. Dude, much respect. But I got a question, would water fasting but taking daily multivitamin gummy be beneficial? I’ve read good and bad on it but not sure, the way you killin it is inspiring though

  3. Bro I know your struggle with the back fat…I once went down to 8% body fat and still had soft spots on my goddamn hips in the back. It‘s funny because everything else was insanely shredded.
