  1. At 5:35 you can see in the before pics they have roughly the same amount of muscle as in the after pics but just have a soft layer of fat which they needed to lose. In the after pic they also changed the lighting to add shadow to look better.

    So the real skinny guy at the start wasnt his starting point 18 weeks ago and all the really light weight they were lifting wasnt 18 weeks ago either.
