I usually like to do overs/unders, but after the third time of doing this one, I think it's my new favourite, thanks guys. Given that despite getting my heart rate nice and high on the 6 main intervals, I managed to do the last 5 minutes at over FTP, so I think I'm due another FTP test……
I did this and the muscular endurance video every week often with a run afterwards in between long rides training for an ironman and never felt better on the bike.. big thanks love the content
In the gym, I prefer when you suggest perceived effort level so I get resistance right, saved it though, so next time, hopefully get to 10, thanks guys😗

I can't told 100rpm on the gym spin class bikes. Even low gear I can't seem to hold it. I feel like I'm spinning at 90

I'm used to hiit but that 5 min push at the end is insane. Feels good though.
