  1. i was scared to do a 45 min session when the highest i’ve gone is 30 min AND i wasn’t feeling it before i started but WOW this my favorite session so far! really enjoyed it!

  3. I usually like to do overs/unders, but after the third time of doing this one, I think it's my new favourite, thanks guys. Given that despite getting my heart rate nice and high on the 6 main intervals, I managed to do the last 5 minutes at over FTP, so I think I'm due another FTP test……

  4. I did this and the muscular endurance video every week often with a run afterwards in between long rides training for an ironman and never felt better on the bike.. big thanks love the content

  5. In the gym, I prefer when you suggest perceived effort level so I get resistance right, saved it though, so next time, hopefully get to 10, thanks guys😗
