QOD: my go to shoe for WU, track, and CD is the Adidas Solar Boost, and a few times I also go with the Hoka Rincón. I’m on a budget so I have no options
QD: Altra Escalante Racer, I'm not the only one thinking like that it seems 🙂 It is such a versatile shoe, from speed workouts to half marathon everything is possible.
Another vote for Altra Escalante. I have a pair for running shorter races and track workouts, and a pair I wear to work. So comfortable, like walking around in a pair of slippers all day.
If I had one pair… and that’s all I’ve got… today… it’s the Clifton 6…. if I had a delorean I’d go get a dozen pair of Bondi 5s…. but since we have to reinvent the wheel every 20 minutes I’ll run in the Clifton for now…
One must be overwhelmed with the amount of shoes you're running everyday. I don't think that's the best way to use shoes nor analyze them. We can't just use them for 200k, and then what? new pair of shoes? Analyze them at 50mile mark, really? This is when shoes are broken in and start giving you the service you paid for… dudes don't lose perspective of running shoes, they should be made to last and have a history with you, help you to run better, I rotate 3 pairs for different trainings, maybe one needs more if you run in different surfaces like trails whatever fits you best, but this example of crazy consumerism just because, it's not responsible nor it's a good example of using running shoes to run.
What's the difference between the Cavu and the Rincon? Both shoes have approximately the same weight and stack height, so how would one chose one over the other?
A question for anyone: I've now got 700km (434 miles) on my shoes (Saucony ride ISO) and they still feel and look good. Should i replace them just because they have a lot of miles on them or just see if one day they start to feel different? Has anyone got any experience with this shoe? I have read how to tell when you need to replace your shoes but i don't have any injuries popping up and they look good. Thanks
QD: altra Torin 4.0 for me! 26mm of smooth cushion, not too heavy, great foothold/lockdown, and the outsole has probably my favorite grip of any road shoe I’ve ever tried it corners like a dream!

Kalenji Kipeun FAST
QD Clifton 6
QD: I would use the Altra Escalante or the Hoka Mach 2. They both are great for taking the pace up and I like both for track workouts.
QD: Pegasus Turbo
QD. NB Beacon V1
QoD: Nike Pegasus 36

Zante persuit. I often do that, wear it for work and go straifgt for my speed workout.

Congratulations guys!!!! May you all be blessed with love health and protection! Enjoy this most amazing time!
I use these shoes as gym trainers… short (under 3 miles) treadmill runs and weight/floor stuff.
QD: Brooks Launch! Fun fact, didn't know it was a thing to spike up during workouts until college.
Narrow isnt my forte.. learned from the Tracers years back. I still am in love with my Infinity runs. I would use the workout in my Bostons 8.

QD: Adidas Adios. Closest I've found to a do-everything shoe.
QD: Kinvara
New Balance Beacon or my Nike Turbo 2.
QOD: Kinvara's have always been great for that sort of situation. I've used the Escalante. Have a good one Seth!
Nike zoom elite 9
Seth, congratulations on baby Henry. My baby Henry (yep, I have one too!) Is almost a year.
Have you heard of and if so, have you ordered or reached out to Atreyu running company?

Seth, have you ordered an Atreyu already? Excited to know what your thoughts on it when it comes out in July.
