  1. I’ve gained 30 pounds and I honestly feel so disappointed in myself. I know it sounds so dark, but seeing myself be so big when I’m only 4 foot 10, just makes me feel less confident in my body. Your videos motivate me to keep going 💪🏻

  2. Hi Liezl, I bought your guides and I was wondering if you have a video or link to your resistance training? I tried the first one and it didn't take me 30 mins as you suggested so clearly I'm doing something wrong!

  3. I lost 100 pounds in fews years but now i'm stuck in a plateau … But i motivate myself by changing my MIND about lose weight. I have de CHOOSE doing it for the GOOD reasons !! God bless. Xx

  4. I have around 30lbs to lose and I just needed this! I am already in week 1 and I feel great. I’m giving myself 8 months to get to 129lbs. It won’t be easy but being fat isn’t easier either.

  5. How long did it take you to start seeing the weight fall off? I’ve been in my journey, tracking calories and walking 4 miles every day, drinking tons of water, and I’ve only lost 5 pounds in the last month

  6. So frustrating as I’ve normally very active and very motivation to do sports I love but following a car hitting me I’ve not been able to do anything for 5 months 🙁 don’t focus on weight, move ur body for enjoyment because you never know when that’s taken away for you :(((

  7. I was doing great with working out etc. For about a month but then i lost motivation and now i'm going to start again when school starts. So that i'll be confident for next years summer! Summerbody starts in Fall!❤

  8. I wouldn’t say I’m fat or over weight but I just want to over all eat healthier. This video has really helped me to take care of my body a bit more and get motivated. Love your videos keep doing what you do xx 💕

  9. OMG I needed this right now. I've been living so healthy and lost a lot of weight for this summer. But the past week was a mess. I had no motivation, ate whole chocolate bars and just didn't care. Thank you for making and sharing this

  10. It is possible to weigh yourself everyday at the same time but then calculate the average weight of that week. Especially for women, with our hormones it can differ in what time of your menstrual cycle you are. Really informative video! I’m also trying to get back on track💪

  11. I just gained some weight this summer (not much but I see it) because I’ve been struggling with binge eating and you’re videos are so helpful thank you ❤️

  12. Love your tips, Liezl. Although muscle doesn't weigh more than fat (a pound is a pound, after all) but it is much more dense so that's when it's nice for the scales to show you all the aspects of your weight. Weighing a lot isn't bad if it's much more muscle and much less fat and you can fit into your goal clothing item (I've done that tip, too!). Right now I'm at 34% muscle mass and 23% body fat and my goal is to get to 20% body fat and maybe 37% or more or muscle mass.

  13. I like how you try to do quick workouts every day. I often talk myself out of a workout thinking if it’s not an hour long it’s not worth it. I’ve been trying to remind myself that even a short workout is worth it and they keep me on track when I’m feeling lazy.

  14. I want to lose weight/get thinner more than anything but I keep eating poorly and then regretting it. I know these are annoying but how many likes this comment gets I will eat healthy and exercise for the same amount of days! I need motivation so bad😩

  15. Thank You Liezl for sharing this video. I can’t wait to start my healthy journey again. I have struggled with my weight a lot lately. I really can’t do anything right now because I broke my ankle. I have 1 more week to go 🤞🏻 Pray for me that my cast comes off

  16. I have lost 11lbs in three weeks since switching to your meal plans etc. Thank you so much for your videos! Never underestimate how many people you help 💯 🙏🏼

  17. I starting watching your videos about a year and a half ago, I was 240 pounds and since then I’ve lost 60 pounds and I definitely have to thank you because when ever I felt unmotivated I would come back and watch your videos and when I needed new recipes your videos were always my go to. So thank you! I’m still going and my goal is by my birthday in December I should be around 165-160 pounds, 🤞

  18. I like this video but I thin if you have a tendency to become obsessive with weight you could set your goals less to weight loss and more to “I want to workout 5 days in a Row” or “try a new workout machine” or “go into the weights section in the gym” so that way you’re still making progress but you don’t have to worry if you have issues with weight 🙂
