  2. I think you lost 4 lbs because fast food goes right thru you! Esp. Taco bell…..you shit right after eating it! It doesn't look like you need to lose any weight anyhow……maybe gain a few lbs…but if you feel good….thats what counts! ♡

  3. Something Different if you are ONLY looking to loos weight it’s cals in vs cals out. Now if you are looking to BUILD, TONE, RESHAPE your body then that’s a diff store. For example if you want abs you CANNOT play this game. But if you want a ‘flatter stomach’ than what u have then cals in vs out will work 100%

  4. Girl don't apologize. And you are probably right , it was water weight you lost in the 3 days . You can eat healthy at home and then still be able to cheat on fast food options 😊

  5. I wish I could do this & loose weight but even if it doesn’t have a lot of calories doesn’t mean its healthy…fast food just bloats me& makes me feel gross after to much lol
