And I related to a lot of what you said- I’ve got family who once in the blue moon make a joke or two about my weight, but question me worriedly when I lose a bit of weight. You have so much positivity and I have so much respect for you and your journey. Thank you for being this positive, for the wonderful tips and humour. You’ve given me more hope about my own journey, so thank you so much. I love your channel.

  2. I love your positive attitude. I love how you are thankful for the small things. I agree about the family dictating how you should look. It’s ok to cut out carbs for a little bit but try not to cut it out for too long. Your body needs carbs to fuel your energy. If you cut out carbs for too long it may go into starvation mode and store everything you eat instead of burning it. Try to cycle on and off of carbs. Great video!!

  4. “Don’t drink your calories.” OMG, big FACTS! My biggest issue. I had to fall in love with drinking 💦 water. Also, don’t let holidays and social events mess up your progress… Thanks for helping me and supporting me through this journey… Great advice, keep it up👍🏾💯🥑🌽🍌🥦
