This was amazing!! I would really love to see a full body pilates workout next! I feel like we haven’t seen that in a while. Keep up the great work! You guys are awesome!
I want to preface this by saying I absolutely adore this channel, but man it seems you are really burned out Daniel. This video left me with sour taste in my mouth, because after hundreds of your videos I could definitely tell you didn't enjoy making this video at all. I LOVE kickboxing videos and have full YT playlist of most your kickboxing videos, but this one was for lack of a better word.. depressing. I'm sorry, but it was. Please consider taking a break from the hussle, it seems to be having bad influence on you, money isn't everything mate.
Please don't ever STOP doing these vids, but don't force yourself into it either.
Not going to lie, after doing a mini basketball workout before jumping into this exercise, I couldn’t finish it. Only just getting back into working out also. Sorry if I failed you guys, just was so out of breath. Asthma also plays a factor into this. Couldn’t even cool down and stretch, but not giving up.
I love this and I completed it yesterday. Very proud of myself! I also wanted to thanks Dan for the on the floor cool-down. I was not able to coll down standing. You are the best Fitness blinder!
I love you both and want to say thank you for all the wonderful workouts! I have been working out with you for years and have purchased several of your programs. If I could make one suggestion….. I think it would be nice to have a place to write personal notes as opposed to public comments for each workout. Someplace I could record what weights I used, if I would want to increase or decrease next time and anything else to jog my memory for that particular work out.Thanks!

Good stuff, mixing it up every 10 minutes or so kept it fun all the way through. And tough, sweating bullets over here.
