N mst importent thng tht i m beginer. 7 days huye h apka 900calorie wala diet flw kr rahi hu. Maintenence cal above 1500 hai. Par me roj 800 to 1200 calorie diet hi leti hu. Nd mrng emty stomach leg workout arm workout n full bdy hit wrkout krti hu jo apke chanl me h. Brkfst ne grn tea n bhuna chana lunch me 1roti n dal n dnr me half glas dudh me half pani milake boil krke pi leti hu. Thats it. My wght is 80kg n i m 19 yrs old grl. Kya isse 2mnth me 10kg lose hoga.
