  1. recipe recommendation:
    kale , broccoli ,garlic, onions, carrots, tomatoes , sweet peppers stir fried down with a little bit of garlic soy sauce , salt , Cajun and black pepper.
    This tastes amazing with normal white rice or cauliflower rice.

  3. These are such great tips!! I love salmon too it’s 🤤! I used to workout with my baby! I would use him for my weighted squats (still do! Hahahahaha) and when he couldn’t move I would lie him on the floor and do push-ups, kissing him every rep. So fun seeing what you can do with what you have!
