  1. When I started lifting again after 20 years November last year,I almost bought a program from v shred then I saw a video from Alan Roberts bye bye vince lol

  2. This is completely unrelated to the video but I do need some clarification and better understanding because it's confusing to me when I hear very highly regarded trainers and coaches say that you need 3500 kcal a day (as an example) to build " x" amount of muscle. Essentially saying to consume more calories to build more muscle, which confuses me since I thought to eat in a caloric surplus causes weight gain, therefore, adding more overall body fat. I thought that being in a caloric deficit is the only way to lose body fat. But then I see guys like Hugh Jackman who is WAYYYYY leaner and much more shredded than I am (not to compare myself to him) and eats nearly 4000kcal a day (being more than twice that I personally eat in a day) to maintain his shape. If you could help me out and clarify this for me (even though my description of this sucks balls lol) so that I can start applying different nutritional strategies to my diet, I know you're extremely busy and got better things to do but if you get to this I'd appreciate it a lot. 🙂

  3. Damn.
If only I had this video this underrated genius (among others but still not enough IMHO) when I started lifting 😞
Bull💩 supps should be included as well

    Stay blessed Kazj 🙏

  4. Learning the proper technique, along with a lot of practice, will build up that muscle memory. Then you take your muscle memory and add in a mind muscle connection, then you can train more efficiently and hopefully recover the same, as well as in adding in accessories that not only strengthen the muscles you're not targeting, or even indirectly hitting underlying muscles, yet they are weak, but also for injury prevention, is a great way to start training for longevity, safety, and techniques do carry over into everyday lifestyles, like breathing and bracing. Great video as always
