  1. For anyone wondering if this actually works, my experience is that whilst this has helped. It has of course not been the sole reason why I’ve lost over 8 stone (over 100lbs) in the last year and a half or so. BUT I can confidentially say as a previous yo yo dieter with emotional eating habits (for over ten years) that this has aided my weight loss and has helped improve my eating habits!

    For the first time ever my weight is at its lowest and I’ve managed to keep the weight off.

    I have surpassed my doctors end of year goal and although I have another 27 lbs to go, for the first time I’m confident that I’ll reach my goal by next year 🙌🏽🤞🏽

  2. Could you please, please make one on narcissistic mistreatment as it is a little different from an ordinary breakup although it is just a breakup in many ways. There is more to it however, like the trauma bonding, the gaslighting, the triangulation, the erosion of self that is an extra devastating feature of this type of psychological ill-treatment. It would be very helpful as so many sites are so down on the narcissistic personality who has problems of his/her own.

  6. 😊 It's only been several days since I started listening to this at night when I hop into bed… I always think I'm wide awake, then suddenly I wake in the morning and have no recollection of what was said during the video, and I have literally no appetite to eat like I usually do 👌👌👌 thankyou, I'm going to try to listen every night, and will keep you updated on the progress via replying to this (my own) comment.

  7. I listen to it first time about two months ago. I heard it maybe 3x times suddenly I was not making an effort to eat better. I just was eating better. The fast-food I craved before doesn't even excite me that much. I signed up for the gym and I'm training on avg 5 times a week. I didn't understand what changed in me to just do things right and then I remembered this audio. This is incredible! I just need to say, thank you! <3

    At the beginning it works, but after 3 days I go again on eating more than what I need.
    But by doing meditation and asking myself why I have a bad habit of eating, I started to change correctly.
    By the way the cause was The poverty of my childhood were the fridge was almost empty most of the time.
