  1. With fall/winter around the corner does your diet change a lot since I saw you mention you eat seasonal… Which I do also living in Niagara….summer and farmers markets are life! But winter do you have any special hacks or recipes food tips prep ect?

  2. Thank you for talking about the benefits of weight training! I love that you’re trying the celebrity workouts, it’s cool. Maybe you can show your results from a more realistic time frame, like 30 days or more…that would really be inspiring!

  3. Just had hip surgery this morning and I for sure would not be able to do even the beginner workout prior to surgery…hopefully I'll be able to in a few months though!

  4. I do tend to get bulky legs if I do weight training, so to get leaner legs I have to add cardio to it, and body weight only with no weights. I guess everyone's body is different. Loved the video! 😊
