Most of the times, we never get to do the supersets due to the gym being filled with people. Hate that shit.

I’D RATHER DO CHIN UPS SUPERSET WITH DUMBBELL OVERHEAD EXTENSTION. 4x 12x

I would love to do this but the thing is in normal gym people are already waiting to share the weights, machines etc.
That's a lot of volume. You can only do this once a week. I prefer less volume and twice a week.
